The San Francisco Story

Newspaper editor Jim Martin urges his wealthy friend Rick Nelson to come to San Francisco to help him clean up the corrupt 1850s government. Initially Rick isn't interested in being part of a vigilante group, but he changes his mind quickly when he falls in love with the girlfriend of a crooked politician.
