FlixHouse Global LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access with or without notice to all or part of the FlixHouse Platform if you violate these Terms or any rules or guidelines posted in connection with the FlixHouse Platform. FURTHER, YOU AGREE THAT FLIXHOUSE GLOBAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR REMOVING YOUR (OR ANY OTHER PERSON'S) USER SUBMISSIONS, FEEDBACK OR SUSPENDING OR TERMINATING YOUR (OR ANY OTHER PERSON'S) ACCESS TO FLIXHOUSE (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF).
Acceptable content: Feature films (50 minutes minimum length), documentaries and TV series/shows (24 minutes minimum length).
Copyright: Only upload or add films that you made and do not use content that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations.
Nudity or sexual content: Pornography or sexually explicit content is forbidden. Films showing nudity may get age-restricted or removed depending on their severity. If you have nudity in your content we will add MA rating to you video. (for MA rating, a Viewer Discretion Notice will appear before your video is played)
Hateful content: Any content that promotes or condones violence and hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or sexual orientation is absolutely forbidden.
Violent or graphic content: Gratuitous violence or gory content not permitted. If uploading graphic content in a documentary context, please advice viewers that your content may include material that could be disturbing to some viewers. Your film may get age-restricted or removed depending on their severity. Also we will add the MA rating to you video.
